Evolution

Game
30 years of careful planning and refining
has made Composite Index an exciting, well thought-out game that plays
perfectly!
Inventor Don Sampson tells
his story:
In 1967, while I
lived and worked in Ottawa, I played a board game based on the stock market
which I found very disappointing. In April of 1969, while living in Whitby,
Ontario, I decided to design a board game based on the stock market which
would be far more interesting and enjoyable.
Experimenting with stacks of paper notes which were spread out on the floor
over three rooms of our rented house, I finally came up with the basis
for COMPOSITE INDEX ©
TM
Over the next few years, I drew up several
prototypes on bristol board, and gradually refined the playing process,
the game board, the pieces, etc., until I was sure the game was complete.
Since that time I have played COMPOSITE
INDEX © TM with
hundreds of people, all of whom found it to be exciting, enjoyable and
addictive. On May 10, 1984, I obtained a Copyright, and on September 25,
1992, I obtained a Trade Mark.
Lately, I have been working to bring this exciting game to the world, and
planning the hosting of our next Composite Index World Tournament in Kirkland
Lake. Order your game today, and maybe we'll see
you there!
